We did our first session last night and it helped so much! I love that I have found someone willing to do in home again and flexible on times. I have a little one and it makes it so convenient for both us. They get their toys and I get much needed TLC. Alisha was so kind and easy to talk to and made you feel very comfortable. She did a great job working on my back and all the areas we talked about and did it all in the hour! Next time I will try 90 minutes so we can incorporate more time for stretching.

Ms. Williams is an incredibly gifted massage therapist with the most down to earth personality and technique that I felt emotionally, physically, and mentally relaxed all at the same time! The 90 minutes flew by as if she had only been there for 90 seconds! No need to search anywhere else if you're looking for relieving stress and tightness my friends!

Excellent would be a good one word description of my experiences with Ms. Williams. She is a knowledgeable and skilled professional. She’s quick to respond to my messages. On our first visit she took her time to identify my problem areas and then created a custom combination of techniques to address them in our sessions. I have been to multiple therapists over the last 12 months looking for some relief of pain and restoration of lost range of motion caused by an injury. Honestly, until I began to use Ms. Williams I had not gotten much relief or improvement. However, my sessions with her leave me with less pain and increased mobility! I am beginning to see lastig results. I am so impressed and will continue my therapy with her and will certainly recommend her to friends and family!
